In October (2011) I received a Canon S-95 as a birthday present from my dear friend. Someone who saw something in me, that I, myself, did not recognize.
Weekends on clear Missouri Rivers, hiking in Missouri Conservation areas, and just enjoying the beauty of nature, resulted in a new passion. My passion for being surrounded by nature and beauty, and a new passion for capturing it.
Thank you Michael. What you saw in me more than outweighs the material gift that you gave me.

Running around in the forest, kayaking down a clear river, hiking in some unknown place on a back gravel road, or just finding a flower in a parking lot.
Anywhere there is a place to escape into nature…..I will try to get there. Nature is spiritual for me.
When I’m not in the woods, I have a M-F 9-5 in an office…Not as glamorous as being in the Wilderness.

Great photos Jenn, didn’t know you where into this stuff. Just started getting into the outdoor stuff last spring, got some kayaks and been exploring places around Delaware. Keep it up this site is cool….
